This is my latest tennis racquets review. I was fortunate to demo a Dunlop Biomimetic 200 plus racquet. First off, this racquet belongs to the high-end category as it comes with a price tag of $180, but for this price tag it delivers every cents in power and grace.
First thing I notice when I pick up this racquet is its weight. At 11.5 ounces, it is the perfect weight for any intermediate to advance players. Power comes easily, smooth and effortlessly. The Dunlop Biomimetic 200 offers excellent base line strokes so needless to say this is a racquet for baseline players. On the same note, at the net it could get kind of awkward in terms of maneuverability. The control is precise, comparable to that of the Babolat PureDrive. Another aspect that stands out is the accuracy of serves. If serves are your weakness then I highly recommend this racquet.
With that being said, should you purchase this racquet? I think this racquet is more for the intermediate to advance tennis players. Beginners should stick to Wilson models such as the Ncode or K. Factor. But for intermediate to advance players, definitely put this on your list or at least demo it. I give the Dunlop Biomimetic 4 out 5 stars.
